  • About the Role: We are looking for a talented and self-driven individual to accelerate our efforts and be a major part of our high-quality culture. A successful candidate will be someone who can manage our products including web and mobile apps effectively, coordinate with developers, customers, and other stakeholders. The candidate would be required to gather business requirements, create plans and communicate effectively.


  • Responsibilities:
  • Understanding business requirements and coordination in project development and implementation with pre-set guidelines.
  • Executing work & projects based on Scrum methodology (JIRA)
  • Follow work direction and plan for associates as per their capability, preparing and presenting various weekly/monthly reports related to their productivity along with PM
  • Providing value added solution services by monitoring the post service activities like follow up with the clients, service reminders, invoicing
  • Mapping client's requirement and implementing measures to maximize customer satisfaction levels.
  • Ensuring continuous interaction with customers to make sure that area of concern can be worked upon for improved service levels
  • Preparing Status Reports with necessary Interpretations, monitoring the day-to-day progress of the projects and providing regular updates to the management and the clients.
  • Handling each project module with total team size of 6-8 members including developers & testers
  • Ensuring timely & quality delivery as per plan.
  • Monitor project activities and advise staff of issues due to resource availability.
  • Mapping client s requirements and implementing measures to maximize customer satisfaction levels.
