Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As the Senior TA Specialist, you will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing, and attracting top talent to support our company's growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the complete recruitment life cycle, from job requisition to offer acceptance. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, create job descriptions, and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Sourcing and Talent Pipeline: Proactively source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure a consistent pool of qualified candidates.
  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, including resume screening, initial interviews, and skills evaluations. Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and facilitate subsequent interview stages.
  • Employer Branding: Promote and reinforce the company's employer brand to attract top talent. Create compelling job advertisements and showcase the organization's values, culture, and growth opportunities.
  • Candidate Experience: Prioritize delivering a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Ensure timely communication, provide feedback, and manage candidate expectations professionally.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Utilize recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and assess the overall recruitment process's success. Generate regular reports to analyze key recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Compliance and Regulations: Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance with hiring practices and diversity initiatives.
  • Market Research: Keep abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor talent acquisition strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the job market.
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Utilize the ATS to manage and track candidate profiles, applications, and recruitment activities efficiently.

  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
    • Proven experience 7+ years as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, with demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring top talent for various roles.
    • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methodologies.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
    • Proficient in using social media and professional networking platforms for candidate sourcing and employer branding.
    • Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment data and drive data-based decision-making.
    • High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all recruitment activities.
