Job Summary

WE are looking for a sales Administrator for a poultry Equipment s Manufacturing Company.

Applicant should be from Manufacturing Industry . Must have experience in Office Administration and Sales Coordination.

Here are the job roles and responsibilities.

Handling day to day working of the branch office
Maintaining the stock register. Periodic reporting to HO.
Manage walk-in customers
Co-ordinate with local sales manager as well as HO team for order processing.
Petty cash handling.
Prepare monthly MIS data for the branch
Co-ordinate dispatches as per guidelines given by sales manager
Follow up with local customers through phone calls and e-mails
Daily reporting to HO
Identifying new business opportunities and ensuring closures.
