Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

  • To Ensure smooth and fast on-boarding of all new clients (Max 2day).
  • To Collect documents before on-boarding (PO, MOU, Agreements etc).
  • Following up for closure of Agreement /MOU open points for faster on-boarding.
  • Checking of Invoices /submission and Collection of all the payments within the due dates & allocation of Payments, maintaining the hygiene of Branch Ledger.
  • Retention of Existing clients.
  • Focus on increment Business (for existing Clients)
  • Ensuring branch leads are followed up from all team members, Keeping the status of all leads,
  • Ensure the branch is regularly updating the lead status in LMS.
  • Recharge Records, follow up for up-coming recharge
  • DLT cases needs to be escalated to National Sales Coordinator if there is a delay in response.
  • Ensuring all clients complaints are addressed within the TAT (60 minutes), If not then complaints of clients need to be escalated as per below Annexure -1 Escalation Matrix.
  • To Ensure all the documents are kept in an organized manner (soft copy), and are collected before on-boarding.
  • To maintain the new Business Records & Cross Sale Records (Till automation starts)
  • To take the feedback from clients on the services on a regular interval (once in a month) and the same reports need to be submited to Head Office.
  • If any client is deactivating the services ensure feedback and reason for discontinuing is taken. Report needs to be submitted at the start of the month to the Head Office.
  • Ensure all the convenience bills/reports are shared on a monthly basis with accurate data to the HR department.
  • Outstanding collection responsibility will lie under the respective Branch Coordinators, Checking of Invoices /submission and Collection of all the payments within the due dates, allocation of Payments, maintaining the hygiene of Branch Ledger.

Qualification and Experience

  • Any Graduate

Knowledge and Skills

  • Proficient in MS Excel is must.
  • Proficient in English communication both verbal & written.
