Minimum Requirements
Team performancePerform and document monthly one to ones with all team members to provide feedback on all areas of performance. In case of new hires or low performer conduct one to ones every two weeks or more often if required.Perform 4 Witness evaluations daily.Work closely with Lead Technologist to ensure technical development of all team members and provide clear direction for Lead Technologist in their role. Ensure all team members have evaluations completed regularly for monthly one to ones. Where it is required to use another supervisor or Lead Technologist for language reasons, it is still the teams supervisor responsibility to ensure these evaluations take place.Attendance: Manage lateness and monitor sick leave within team (including breaks, lunch and training times) and document it in the OneStopShop tool.Hold return to work counseling sessions and document them supported by explanation in the CS ADMIN II DB. Escalate to manager when individual does not address situation. Keep manager informed of all attendance issueEnsure Probation review throughout the 6-month probation period is performed and that necessary actions are taken. Document and return complete and accurate Probation forms to manager.Ensure team meetings are held regularly. (Minutes to be recorded in the CIO Central Support DB and circulated)
