Job Summary Technical Services Specialist Location: Kanpur About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Services Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of leather chemicals and a passion for providing exceptional customer support. Key Responsibilities: Customer Support: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, offering expert guidance on product selection, application techniques, and troubleshooting. Product Expertise: Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of leather chemical properties, CTQs, curing processes, lab testing, substrate compatibility, application techniques, mixing and dispensing practices, environmental and regulatory compliance, failure analysis, and technology limitations. Market Analysis: Actively monitor market trends, customer needs, and OEM requirements to identify opportunities for new product development or improvement. Technical Trials: Conduct technical trials to develop articles that meet specific customer requirements. Qualifications: Proven experience in the leather chemicals industry, with a strong understanding of product applications and technical specifications. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
