Responsibilities Funnel optimization: Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and tracking conversion rates at every stage Ideate and implement A/B testing/other experiments for funnel improvement and optimizations Cross functional collaboration Collaborate with marketing/CRM teams to develop campaigns/effective communication strategies to increase conversions Manage nurturing campaigns for higher engagements leading to low drops offs in the funnel Use data driven insights to influence internal/external stakeholders for funnel improvements Dashboards and Insights: Work closely with analytics to generate reports and dashboards for providing insights on funnel performance Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
