Seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager with 8 to 9 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing the whole gamut of learning and development, from conducting training needs analysis to designing and delivering effective learning programs. The role also entails planning a calendar, executing training programs, identifying suitable vendors and working closely with business stakeholders. Skills required: Bachelor s degree in a relevant field. 8 to 9 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, with a focus on learning and development. Proven experience in managing the whole gamut of learning and development including training needs analysis, planning, execution and vendor management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct training needs analysis and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in managing a team of trainers and L&D specialists . Knowledge of the latest L&D trends and technologies . Responsibilities: Conduct training needs analysis to identify skills gaps and learning needs across the organization . Design and develop a comprehensive learning and development calendar aligned with business needs and goals. Execute and deliver high-quality training programs that address identified skill gaps and align with the business objectives . Identify and collaborate with external vendors as required to support the delivery of the training programs. Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration to understand business objectives and align learning programs with business goals. Evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Develop and implement policies and procedures to support the learning and development initiatives . Manage the L&D budget to ensure optimal use of resources. Stay up to date with the latest L&D trends and technologies to ensure continuous improvement of the L&D function.
