Job Summary

About The Position

We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer who will be responsible for designing and implementing automated tests for our software applications. In this role, you will analyze application functionality, develop automated tests to validate performance, and identify bugs. You will also collaborate with the software design team to improve application performance and ensure quality across the board.

As a QA Automation Engineer, your ability to design and implement efficient test procedures, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams will be key to your success.

What You ll Do

  • Collaborate with the software design team to establish verification protocols.
  • Identify weaknesses in software applications and define target areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement automated test procedures to validate software performance.
  • Review software bug reports and address problem areas.
  • Write automation scripts and deploy software applications.
  • Design and install software databases.
  • Troubleshoot automation software and finalize system procedures.
  • Identify quality issues and generate detailed test reports.
  • Collaborate with the design team to resolve application faults.

Expertise You ll Bring

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Management, or Business Administration.
  • Experience:
    • 2+ years of experience with SQL, especially with MSSQL and Oracle servers.
    • 6+ years in IT Quality Assurance and software application testing.
    • 3+ years of experience in writing automation test scripts.
    • Experience with automated load testing tools.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to work independently with a variety of personality types.
    • Solid project management skills to ensure timely and efficient test cycles.

Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Management or Business Administration.
