OPT/H1B Recruiter And Interview Coordinator Job in Percept Infosystem

Qualification- Any Graduate

Experience Required for the Job: 0-3 Years

Job Location: Nagpur

Job Description:

• Finding Good Experienced OPT/CPT Candidates , H1B Transfer Experienced

• Candidates and H1B Filing Candidates looking for Onsite Jobs by Posting Ads and

• Marketing via social media platforms or by Cold Calling

• Onboarding the experienced Candidates on Bench, looking for Onsite Jobs only

• Answering Preonboarding calls and routine questions of Candidates on commissions,

• costs, etc

• Finding New Experienced Back End Support for Interview and Preparation

• Interview Set Up and coordination

• Finding New Job support Person and Coordination

• Speaking to candidates on a regular basis for Interview Preparation.

• Other activities may be assigned and/or required as part of above activities.

Qualities which should be in Candidates.

• You Can Look for Freshers but local to Nagpur

• Must be willing to work in night shift. This is a night-shift position (Indian

• Standard Time 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST)(US Central Time Working hours 8AM

• to 5PM CST)

• Completed Graduation. No Plans To study or other job Area.

• No Older than 35 Years.

• Some training will be provided, but candidate must be aggressive in sales, have a go-getter and can-do attitude and able to learn on own and continuously improve.
