Position: JAVA Developer Intern
Primary skills:
Data Structures & Algorithms
SQL & Basic Database Knowledge
Java Frameworks
Version Control
Basic Debugging & Problem Solving
Familiarity with IDEs
Basic Understanding of APIs
Qualification:
Pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field
Basic knowledge of Java programming and OOP principles
Familiarity with software development tools
Criteria: Fresher
Duration: 6 months
Stipend: 5k-10k
Location: Percept Infosystem, Sadar, Nagpur, Maharashtra.

Key responsibilities:
Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining Java applications.
Collaborate with the development team on software design and development.
Write clean, scalable, and efficient code under supervision.
Participate in code reviews and receive mentorship from senior developers.
Debug and resolve technical issues.
Contribute to project documentation and user guides.
Key performance areas:
Timely delivery of code with minimal errors or rework required
Regular code commits reflecting active contribution and progress
Involvement in code reviews and responsiveness to feedback
Responsiveness in meetings, collaboration tools, and peer interactions
Key result areas:
Writing clean, functional Java code for assigned tasks and modules
Identifying and fixing bugs, contributing to unit testing and integration testing
Gaining knowledge of company tech stack, tools, and processes
Contributing to technical documentation and maintaining code comments
