Job Description

Title: Percept Infosystems Consultants Looking For Talent Acquisition Intern

Position: Hiring For Talent Acquisition Intern

Primary Skills: Familiarity with basic recruitment process. End to end recruitment process.

Secondary Skill: basic knowledge of various HR tools, familiarity with ATS, data entry and management.

Qualification: Pursuing or currently completed graduation/ postgraduation in HR.

Criteria: Fresher

Salary: 5k -10k, Performance based incentive

Duration: 6 months

Location: Percept Infosystem, Sadar, Nagpur, Maharashtra.

Language: English, Hindi, Marathi.

Job Type: Full Time

Roles:

1 Identifying potential candidates from various platforms such LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks and internal databases.

2 Assist in drafting, editing and formatting compelling job descriptions

3 Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and management.

Key Result Areas

1. Identify suitable and potential candidates through various channels.

2. Manage interview schedules and communication with candidates

3 Provide administrative and research support to Talent Acquisition team.

Key Performance Area

1 Number of qualified resumes sourced (e.g. 20 -30 for entry level roles).

2 Accuracy rate of candidate data entry in ATS (e.g., 99% accuracy)

3. Timeliness of administrative tasks completion (e.g. all tasks should be completed by set deadlines)
