Job Description

Position :HR counselor for IT training

Primary Skills :

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Student or client counselling (face-to-face and over the phone)

Knowledge of IT training domains (e.g., Python, Java, Data Science, Cloud Computing, etc.)

Understanding of career paths in the IT industry

CRM and lead management tools

Presentation and interpersonal skills

Secondary Skills

Basic knowledge of digital marketing (for campaign follow-ups)

Familiarity with IT job roles and placement trends

Team collaboration

Time management and organizational skills

Emotional intelligence and active listening

Qualification :

Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR, Psychology, Business, or IT)

12 years of experience in counselling, HR, or education sales

Experience in the IT training industry is an added advantage

Location: Percept Infosystem, Sadar, Nagpur, Maharashtra.

Language : English, Hindi, Marathi

Job Type : Full time

CTC : 1.2 LPA to 2.4LPA

Roles & Responsibilities:

Counsel walk-ins and incoming leads regarding available IT training courses.

Understand the educational and professional background of candidates to guide them effectively.

Convert inquiries into course registrations through need-based counseling.

Maintain detailed follow-up records and ensure timely callbacks.

Coordinate with the technical and placement team to align training goals with student expectations.

Provide accurate information about course content, duration, fees, and certification.

Support student engagement activities and collect feedback.

Track conversion rates, and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports.

Build and maintain a strong relationship with students for referrals and long-term engagement.
