Job Description for Full Stack Developer Fresher

Position: Full Stack Developer

Primary Skills:

Front End Core:

HTML .CSS, Javascript

Strong experience with at least one leading Javascript framework/library (e.g. React, Angular, Vue.js)

Back End Core:

Expertise in at least one server-side programming language (e.g. Node.js, Python, Java, Go, Ruby, PHP)

Experience with a relevant back- end framework (e.g. Express.js, Django, Spring Boot, Roby on Rails, Flask, Laravel)

Database Management:

Proficiency with at least one relational database (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and /or NoSQL database (e.g . MongoDB, DynamoDB, Firestore).

Ability to design efficient database schemas, write complex queries, and perform database migrations.

Version Control & SDLC:

Strong command of Git and collaborative version control workflows (e.g. Gitflow)

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and full software development lifecycle.

Secondary Skills :

Cloud Platforms: Experience with major cloud providers (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)

API Design & Communication: Understanding of GraphQL ,WebSocket, or other real -time communication protocols

DevOps Principles: Exposure to monitoring ,logging , and performance optimization tools.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Computer Science , Software Engineering, or a related technical fields, or equivalent practical experience

Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications

Work with databases (SQL and NoSQL) for efficient data storage and retrieval

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects issues in a timely manner

Optimize applications for maximum speed scalability, and security.

Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate UI/UX designs and Business

Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle , from concept and design to deployment and maintainance

Maintenance & Support: Support production systems, troubleshoot issues ,& perform necessary bug fixes & updates.

Uptime and stability: System availability and incidents handled within SLA

Innovation & Problem Solving: Contribution of ideas to improve code efficiency or UX , ability to resolve blockers proactively.
