Job Summary

Looking for Marketing Executive

Job title: Marketing Executive

Job type: Full time

Stipend: 5k-10k + incentives (performance based)


Primary Skills:

-Basic understanding of digital marketing, especially in IT or technology sectors

-Ability to conduct online research, analyze trends, and create clear marketing content

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills for direct customer engagement and field sales

-Ability to explain technical products like solar panels in simple, persuasive language to potential customers

-Understanding of basic electrical or energy-related concepts

-MS Office Proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic design tools (e.g., Canva)

-Ability to coordinate with internal teams, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks efficiently

-Must own a two-wheeler and be comfortable with local fieldwork

-Local candidates are preferred


Qualification:

-Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field

-Strong interest in digital marketing and a basic understanding of marketing principles, preferably within the Solar panel industry


Key Responsibilities:

-Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns focused on solar panel products and services

-Support content creation for blogs, social media, and marketing emails related to solar energy solutions

-Help with data collection, competitor analysis, and market research in the renewable energy and solar sectors

-Maintain marketing calendars, lead trackers, and campaign schedules specific to solar product promotions

-Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, design) and external vendors for campaign needs

-Assist in updating website content related to solar offerings, case studies, and FAQs

-Support in generating performance reports for ongoing solar marketing and sales campaigns

-Conduct local field visits for client acquisition, site assessments, lead generation, and product demonstrations of solar panels


Key Result Areas:

-Timely and efficient execution of solar marketing and sales support activities

-Accuracy and relevance in content and lead data management

-Effective contribution to the setup and performance tracking of solar-focused campaigns

-Strong support in maintaining a compelling online presence for solar offerings (social media, website)

-Consistent engagement in offline marketing efforts, including field visits and customer outreach


Key Performance Areas:

-Quality and punctuality in content creation and publishing for solar marketing

-Proactiveness and clarity in coordination with internal teams (especially sales and technical teams)

-Accuracy and detail orientation in market research and lead analysis for solar prospects

-Measurable contribution to campaign success and lead conversions for solar products

-Professional interaction and follow-up with potential customers, vendors, and partners

-Reliability and frequency of on-ground visits, lead follow-ups, and reporting from field activity
