Percept Consultants Is Hiring For The Position Of HR Intern.

Job Title: HR Intern

Location: Percept Infosystem, Sadar, Nagpur, Maharashtra.

Duration: 6 months

Stipend: 5k - 10k + incentives (performance based)

Job type: Full time

Primary skills:

Emailing candidates, conducting screenings, and coordinating with teams

Ability to interact with employees, candidates, and managers in a professional and friendly manner

Managing documents, scheduling interviews, and supporting multiple HR functions efficiently

Understanding of recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management basics.

MS Office Proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to spot issues and suggest or take proactive action

Qualification:

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Basic understanding of HR principles and a strong interest in starting a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process

Support onboarding activities

Maintain and update employee records

Assist in drafting HR documents

Prepare reports

Ensure compliance with company policies

Respond to employee queries

Timely Coordination of Interviews

Accuracy in Documentation & Data Entry

Support in Onboarding & Induction

Assistance in Recruitment Processes

Key performance areas:

Quality and speed of resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.

Timely and accurate completion of new hire paperwork and smooth onboarding experience.

Accuracy and confidentiality in maintaining HR records and databases.

Effectiveness in scheduling sessions, preparing materials, and collecting feedback.

Clarity, professionalism, and promptness in internal and external communication.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
