Pepper (www.peppercontent.in) is building India s largest content marketplace that brings companies and content creators together to scale up content creation processes across 10 content verticals and 150+ content categories, 40+ content verticals, and 40+ global languages. Over the past 3 years, we ve worked with brands like Adobe, upGrad, Swiggy, Dunzo, BusinessWorld, Digit, Shiksha.com, Rapido, BookMyShow, UrbanClap, Yatra, Bewakoof, YourStory, Bharat Matrimony, and 300+ other brands. We have over 30,000+ writers and graphic designers who have applied to Pepper so far, who form part of the Pepper Cloud .

We are on the path to building a global on-demand content marketplace platform that allows for collaboration, discovery, and upskilling for all our creators. Now we are in a rapid expansion phase to enter into more content service offerings, engage a wide spectrum of content creators and at the same time, scale up our existing services.

Roles and Responsiblity

The primary role would be to call creators and convert them to different stages through the application journey, with the end goal being convincing them to sign a contract and begin working with us by onboarding them well.

• Leads who are potentially good candidates for us to have on our platform convinced to sign up .
• Ensuring they take to go through our evaluation process.
• Finally negotiating pay and getting them to sign our contract.
• Overall acting as a point of contact for a potential candidate and guiding them through the process.
• This will be a target-based role - with both input (# of calls made, etc.) and output (% conversion) targets based on the quality of their call.
• Sign up and go through our evaluation process.
• Negotiate / align with selected individuals on pay and get them to sign the contract.

Key Requirments

• 1 to 3 years of inside sales experience, customer-conversation experience or a fresher who is highly motivated and coachable.
• Has worked with targets previously.
• Trainable/coachable to influence metrics based on pitch.
• Has worked with CRMs / systems to handle a high volume of leads at each stage.
