As a social media associate, you'll be part of our in-house marketing team in Mumbai and help create internet-breaking content

Objectives of this Role

• Take responsibility for the content that goes out across Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, and YouTube.

• Position Pepper as a thought leader in the Creator Economy space.

• Understand what the creative community expects and create content that entertains, as well as adds value in their lives.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

• Ideate content on a day-to-day basis and prepare a structured content calendar to execute plans seamlessly.

• Experiment with different content formats on a daily basis and see what works best with Pepper s community.

• Strategise campaigns and coordinate with the design, video, and the community team to execute them.

• Collaborate within and outside the team to reach out to creators for live sessions, collaborations, and paid partnerships.

• Write original and engaging copy for social media posts as well as email communications

• Write and shoot content for reels, ads, and YouTube videos.

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in the social media space with a solid portfolio of work

• Exceptional creative thinking and research skills.

• Ability to take ownership of work and coordinate with other stakeholders to meet the deadline.

• Excellent organizational skill and multitasking ability.

• Experience with copywriting a plus.

• A keen eye for detail and appreciation of great design.
