Senior Graphic Designer

Pepper (www.peppercontent.io)is building a global content marketplace that brings companies and content creators together to scale up content creation processes across 25 content verticals and 150+ content categories. Over the past 2.5 years, we ve worked with brands like India Today, Amazon India, Adobe, Swiggy, Dunzo, Businessworld, Times Group, Digit, Wittyfeed, YourStory etc. along with 750+ brand companies like BookMyShow, UpGrad, Yulu, Paisabazaar, Zivame, Yatra, Bewakoof, Imarticus Learning etc. to create content that is meticulous and customized according to our clients' needs.

We are on the path to building a global on-demand content marketplace platform that allows for collaboration, discovery and upskilling for all our creators.Now we are in a rapid expansion phase to enter into more content service offerings and ensure the quality of deliveries are top-notch. To achieve this, we are looking for aSenior Graphic Designerwho will work closely with the content marketing lead and Pepper s marketing team to create a robust content workflow for us.

• We re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, comfortable with uncertainty, flexible, great with people and isn t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design original cr atives for various channels like social media, website, etc.
• Contribute to product development by conceptualizing and working deeply with the tech team to bring features that make it awesome for creators.
• Lead design projects across the product lifecycle and take ownership.
• Process design briefs and executes them to match Pepper's vision and brand.
• Collaborate with copywriters, social media team, video team, etc. to create stunning Graphics.
• Conduct research wherever necessary to create the best outcomes.

The ideal candidate must have -

• 4-6 years of experience.
• Possess an understanding of product design and graphic design.
• Hands-on experience and a portfolio showcasing a great aesthetic sense via product projects and creative campaigns.
• Versatile creative sense.
• Great communication skills and ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders like marketing, tech, and other teams.
• Leadership skills and ability to guide juniors, bring up our team members' full creative potential
• Degree in Graphic design or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Figma, etc.
