Over the past 4 years, we ve worked with brands like India Today, Amazon India, Adobe, Swiggy, Dunzo, Businessworld, Times Group, Digit, Wittyfeed, YourStory, etc. along with 1,200+ brand companies like BookMyShow, UpGrad, Yulu, Paisabazaar, Zivame, Yatra, Bewakoof, Imarticus Learning, etc. to create content that is meticulous and customized according to our customers needs.


We are on the path to building a global on-demand content marketplace platform that allows for collaboration, discovery and upskilling for all our creators. To fuel all this, we have some exciting product ideas planned, and we are looking for someone who can own and manage digital analytics and CRM functions Pepper.The Digital Analytics and CRM Manager creates a data-driven workflow and culture for Bread s Outreach hub


Job Responsibilities -

The job responsibilities for this role will be divided into 4 categories:


Personalization

  • Evaluate digital journeys across different channels and create interventions (web page pop-ups, Clevertap / chatbot proactive messages, Intercom) to improve conversion rates across funnel

  • Envision personalization use cases using digital experience tools (Clevertap) and create personalized journeys across different marketing channels SMS, Email, Chatbot, Web Push, Whatsapp and more.

  • Assist marketing and product teams with audience segmentation and engagement strategies which will improve prospect reachability and conversion rates

  • Help technology and business teams in setting up correct CRM fields so as to personalize future campaigns across call center, SMS, Whatsapp, Email, Paid retargeting ads

  • Optimization

  • Work with the product marketing team and create landing pages across different keyword categories as per SEM and SEO team s feedback.

  • Track asset conversion, CRM conversion and other important sales funnel data metrics and aim to improve conversion rate by 10% quarter on quarter

  • Optimize usage and drive ROI with product marketing teams for marketing automation products - Clevertap, Intercom, Hubspot

  • Create Hubspot lead scoring models and work with inbound sales team to improve lead reachability and lead qualification ratios

  • Analytics and CRM

  • Analyze the existing Google Analytics and GTM structure and ensure data attribution is accurate to the highest degree.

  • Visualize a futuristic UTM Library and setting up tags to create a clean data structure

  • Analyze the existing Hubspot CRM structure and ensure data attribution is accurate to the highest degree.

  • Review, maintain and change the Hubspot lead attribution logic basis industry s best practices

  • Create Clevertap boards and setup monthly meetings with relevant stakeholders to discuss KPIs

  • Reporting & MIS


    Maintain clear understanding of all relevant data - analyze and synthesize data to answer complex questions and provide clear analysis and actionable findings.

    Present insights and data-based recommendations to grow business, increase effectiveness and improve ROI of digital media

  • Lead efforts to provision data for and maintain dashboards in platforms such as Databox, Tableau, Google Data Studio etc

    Flash daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly dashboards which will be ingested by leadership team

  • Requirements -


    • Minimum two years of experience in CRM campaign creation, workflow, and execution.

    • Minimum two years of experience in digital analytics/reporting or in digital marketing (SEM, SEO, Email Marketing, or Social Media)

    • Minimum one years of experience in using marketing automation tools such as Clevertap / Moengage / Webengage / Adobe marketing cloud / Oracle Marketing Cloud

    • Experience with Hubspot and Intercom will be a plus

    • Demonstrated ability to maintain a professional demeanor including dependability, flexibility, willingness to learn, and problem-solving skills.

    • A positive, team-oriented attitude and approach to your work.

    • A self-starting mentality is critical for success in this role.

    • Resourceful in incorporating third-party digital tools to improve organization s workflow
