Job Summary

Job Description Good process knowledge of HR domain and functions. HCM experience would be preferable. Should have hands-on experience in managing customer expectations Should have implemented at least 1 HRMS product. Modules (HRIS, Recruit, Leave, Attendance, Payroll, BRE, Travel, Exit, onboarding) Good communication skills Good understanding of complete Software Development Life Cycle with experience in handling large complex projects end to end. Good interpersonal skills, able to deal with all levels within an organisation and relieve potential conflicts. Able to work accurately and clearly explain technical matters to non-technical users in both written and verbal forms. Project Management Skills Excellent customer service & interpersonal skills. Good time management, organizational and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and deal with multiple tasks. Exemplary people and change management skills Ability to build relationships with peer and management levels both with clients and the company management Proactive, self-motivated and determined attitude
