Job Summary
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in CS
- 1-3 Years Experience developing with RoR, Python or PHP
- 3+ years of experience with relational databases
- Experience working with JSON, REST, APIs
- Experience with Git
- Motivated and hard working
- Finding yourself building things when you re bored
- Fun, outgoing and creative
Responsibilities :
- Working with the team to build web applications and services for clients and internal tools
- Defining a project scope and deliverables from a technology standpoint
- Working with a front-end developer to integrate flawless front-end interactions
- Developing, improving and expanding scalable back-end services
- Committed to producing quality work
Bonus Points :
- Experience w/ testing tools and frameworks
- Node.js, Ember.js and/or Backbone.js experience
- iOS development experience
- Experience with Redis, Mongo and other NoSQL technologies
- In depth knowledge of jQuery
- Worked with cloud technologies like Amazon, Heroku, etc
