Description

• Responsible for delivery of Digital Experience service projects: Portals (Life Ray &SharePoint, ) SharePoint Online, M365, Power Platform, and also should have experience of applications development within the defined budget.
• Responsible for Customer Satisfaction Index, Associate Survey, Status reporting for Account/Line of Business,
• Goal tracking for Quality, Productivity, Deployment, Rookie Ratio in Project teams and Revenue Growth Percentage
• Develop relationship with customers to intensify strategic cooperation.
• Organize and monitor current operations to ensure the team meets Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and follows the agreed process.
• Aligns KPIs with SLA and quality measures to ensure the team understands performance metrics and expectations of their daily work.
• Coordinates the team s workload ensuring both business as usual and/or projects are delivered to required deadlines and expected level of quality
• Engagement with business partners across the world and working with international teams.
• Goals for direct reports and guide them in individual performance management.
• Responsible for managing multi-location team working in 24 7 mode

Qualifications

• 15-18 years of experience including project/program management experience, ranging from consultant to delivery manager roles
• Experience in end to end delivery of the Portal development /M365/Application Development with experience in Web aplications development is a must
• Experience in project management, People management and leadership skills
• Experience of managing large/multiple development projects in Agile/Scrum/waterfall models
• In-depth knowledge of the SDLC
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, People Management and Customer handling skills
• PMP certified
