Job Description

We are lookingfor smart individuals who have the passion and competence to create and curate data for excellent customer service chatbot. The role includes- creating, qualifying, monitoring and analyzing chatbot data for excellent AI based automated customer service

Responsibilities

• Design conversational chatbots using state of the art technology
• Collaborate with the senior team (System Architect and Senior Programmer) on application architecture design and decision-making
• Clean / analyse data coming from bot conversation
• Define recurring questions that can be handled automatically / defined by the client
• Improve dialog flow to handle those recurring questions / develop new actions
• Help with handling of multilingual support
• Develop internal testing tools

Requirements

• Experience on Machine learning , NodeJS, MySQL, NoSQL & graph Database
• Experience on Python, ML, NLP & AI welcome, Dialogflow is must
• Experiences in AWS a big plus.
• Past experience working with chatbot
• Post-academic, real world experience in bring public-facing production projects to completion
• Experience working on the variety of Datasets which includes text, images and other logs or clickstreams.
• Fundamentals of Natural Language processing with proven experience working with text data in industry or research lab.
• Basics of recommendation algorithm used in e-commerce and advertising
• Personal or professional projects on deep learning is a bonus
• Sense of responsibility and proven leadership
• Self-starter willing to learn things on the fly
