Marketing ExecutiveOverviewContent Marketing is an important pillar of Pennant s Overall Marketing program. We are looking at filling up a position which will be primarily involved in the company s content marketing program mainly, planning, developing and implementing content marketing initiatives, campaigns and activities. The core responsibility would involve creating and producing content for offline and online channels. Exposure and experience in B2B tech content marketing and digital/social media marketing are critical needs for the job.Job Description Conceptualize, create and build content assets that effectively deliver, differentiate and reinforce company messaging, thought leadership, capabilities and the work we do for our clients and enable audience action Write, develop and publish all types of long-form and short-form content including brochures, case studies, blogs, white papers, ebooks, online/social media content, presentations, infographics, etc. ensuring adherence to corporate standards and high quality deliverables Support Sales, Marketing and other teams in their content needs for various programs and campaigns Coordinate and collaborate with various stakeholders including Product Managers, Product Marketing, Sales, Designers, etc. in creating compelling content assets Be flexible and have the initiative to take on additional roles and responsibilities across the marketing/sales spectrum and other areas Staying up-to-date on industry best practices, trends and standards in content marketing for adoption Regularly monitor/report the performance of the content marketing program/published content asset and take corrective action to improve content quality and impactRequirements Graduate or post graduate in Mass communications, Journalism, Marketing or similar discipline About 3-6 years of experience in B2B technology content marketing including writing and producing content such as brochures, datasheets, case studies, blogs, white papers, e-books, social media messages, website content and others Ability to multi-task and manage multiple tasks at any given time, often with tight completion schedules Strong English language, grammar and story-telling skills with an orientation for writing compelling copy and content Creative orientation, with sound analytical and reasoning skills Candidates with good understanding and experience of handling and managing SEO, SEM and online/social media will be preferred Strong team work ethics and ability to work in team environment is an important requirement
