Job Description

We are looking for a talented Java Developers to design, build, and maintain thenext generation of Java applications. You will be working alongside other engineersand developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, acommitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and the creationof quality products is essential.

Job Requirement

A good understanding of the design, development, testing, documentation andrelease processes in software development cycle with proper communicationwithin team and reporting to the steering board. Interest in small to medium research on the processes & best-practicesdemanded for the project or engagement Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for real time systems,delivering high availability and performance;
Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle for building a newapplication/processes and readiness in contributing with updates in the applicationthat is already in use; Write well designed, testable, efficient code; Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications; Prepare and produce releases of software components; Trouble shooting; Management of Tier 2 and Tier 3 tickets (CIR s), escalated from Operations duringthe hyper care period; Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologiesand presenting these for architectural review; Ensuring that quality services are delivered with regard to the agreed SLA;

Qualifications & Technical Skill set BE/BTech/MCA/ Mtech degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a relatedsubject- Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a tech-savvy professional.
For backend / full stack engineer, A minimum of at least 2 years experience in Software Development, JAVA/J2EE development, Corejava, Micro services, Spring Boot, Spring Frameworks, Message Bus,Queues, JDBC, JUnit, and JNI

Strong understanding of Microservices architecture and design patterns.- Ability to effectively articulate and match technical approaches to business needs.- Ability to implement Microservices using Spring Boot, with at least 1 full life cycleengagement using Spring Boot and Spring cloud.- Good knowledge about container-based deployment. Knowledge of domain drivendesigns.- Good knowledge about API gateway, API management and API documentation.- Ability to design APIs and follow API standards, error handling, web methods forcustomer consumption- Previous experience in the Financial and Accounting industry sector is preferable- Any knowledge or hands on experience on Microservices tenets (Circuit Breakers,Chaos Engineering, Service Mesh and Headless & Server less architecture,Microservices transaction patterns etc.) is advantageous
Good to have: Experience building or managing distributed systems. Experience in the Fintech domain. Knowledge of data analytics Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
