1.Meet International and National clients and basis the data prepare commercials and get them approved by the management.
2. Facilitate in working special price need from bulk business clients in coordination with respective sales head
3. Monitoring of Gross contribution. Drive price realization target by focusing on high GC product, Exclusive tests, streamlining discounts with direct impact on bottom line.
4. Overall Price control, Auditing & Monitoring.
5. Annual price revision exercise for existing and new launch, Points to consider during price exercise: Competitor Price Mapping, product spectrum, market positioning, price elasticity, margins etc.
5. Developed reports and scorecards to track and analyze key metrics and value captured from pricing activities. Revenue and margin. Submitting discounting report on regular basis

1. New upcoming labs product mapping & price tagging.
2.Existing Lab product mapping & price tagging
Facilitating Tender business
1. Pricing & Gross contribution calculation.

PMT Support
1. Work closely with marketing team in promo roll out and impact analysis of each promo. Discuss product trend analysis/ customer performance analysis with marketing team to take effective action
