Scope of the Position:

Parul University desires to offer online education in varied disciplines such as Medicine, Engineering, Pharmacy, Architecture, Commerce, Arts, Science, etc...Online education in the above-referred disciplines will be offered by teachers of the university. The University requires the expert services of Animators and Video Editors for developing modules for online courses which will be delivered by university teachers.

Job Description:
Manipulating and editing film pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience Reviewing shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes value and contribution to continuity To assemble recorded footage into a finished project that matches the director s vision and is suitable for broadcasting Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film/ video Create rough and final cuts Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running

Requirements:
Bachelor s Degree or Certificate in Film Studies/Cinematography or related field Proven work experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation and continuity Familiarity with special effects, 3D and compositing
