Job Summary Key Accountabilities:

Delivery
Architectural design, data modeling and implementation of Web based Products
Delivering a positive, memorable and meaningful service which exceeds the expectations of both the internal and external customer.
Lead and participate in design review sessions
Improve performance, scalability and stability of databases
Troubleshoot functional and performance issues with existing codebase
Work as part of project teams consisting of Project Managers, Software Engineers, DBA, and QA to meet product needs
Mentor Developer during all phases of product delivery
Creation of supplemental technical documentation
Identify product needs and how to apply technical solutions to those needs
Perform highly complex research, design and development of software applications
Adhering to and continuously improving the SDLC Process
Bringing fresh ideas/concepts for the product by upcoming technologies or by solving business problems
Handling regulatory audits and participate in defining SOPs for the department
Proper Delegation of work to the Leads to ensure delivery is on track
Work on the upcoming releases proactively to get the required things done.

Team Coordination
Building a strong coordination between cross function teams.
Building Strong Engineering Practices
. Exhibiting and inculcating strong engineering practices like Code Review, Unit Testing, Integration Testing, Continuous

Integration
People Management Define Career path for the individuals in the team and providing required opportunities to make that happen
Ensuring members to be aware and then to follow the company policies
Performing Performance Appraisals for the members as per company guidelines
Hiring the right talent for the organization

Qualifications

Skills Required:

Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in Software Development.
Strong experience in Microsoft technologies (C#, WCF, WPF, Windows Service, SQL Server etc.)
Hands-on experience in TFS, aware of branching, merging etc.
Experience in web technologies like HTML5, Javascript, Angular JS would be highly desirable.
Aware of technologies like REST, BI
Strong debugging and analytical skills
Strong fundamentals in OOPS, Design patters etc.
Should possess good knowledge on API
Should have worked on Azure.
Experience in Azure PAAS components.
Experience in Azure API Management.
Should have worked on Cloud Environment.
Business and domain acumen
Good people management skills. Should be able to mentor technical resources
Ability to involve in discussions such as appraisals and career growth of the team members
Very good communication skills both verbal & written
Articulate and should be able to express ideas and issues without inhibitions
Ability to drive discussions towards conclusions
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills. Innovative thinking in problem solving.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Understanding of core Agile project management and software engineering practices
Experience in Project Management and Planning
Knowledge of Release process
