JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Title: CNC Cylindrical Grinding Machine Operator-Shafts

Primary role:

Operate CNC Cylindrical Grinding machines as per Standard Operating Procedure

Qualifications, Experience

Mandatory for the Role:
Diploma in Mechanical with 4 to 5 years of experience in Operating CNC OD and ID Grinding Machines

Key Responsibilities

Operate CNC Cylindrical Grinding machines as per 5tandiud operating procedures
Good knowledge of Grinding Cycles, Plain Taper OD & ID Grinding, ISO programs, and ability to operate Fanuc and Siemens machine controllers,
Can perform setup individually on Cylindrical Grinding machine by studying drawing, and setup instructions.
Should have minimum 02 Years of experience in precision heavy duty shaft OD Grinding,
Should have work experience in shaft manufacturing and handling duty shafts.
Filling up daily production records in production formats
Handle measuring Ii instruments / Tools carefully to avoid damages
Inspection of Fist of part arid stage inspection of parts as per SOP- Operate other machines as and when required.
Maintaining and Implementation of the quality system as per documented procedure
Others on an assignment basis.
