Backend Sales Representative Job in Paradise Electrical Industries

Job Responsibilities:

• Our company is looking for a sales representative to be responsible for communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers and following up on leads as well as negotiating price with potential customers.
• Purchase, Payment Follows and Support in Sales.
• Complete/Achieve their individual weekly/monthly target as well.
• Answering potential customers questions and sending additional information per email.
• Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, availability and delivery.
• Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
• Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
• Building and maintaining good business relations with customers, clients, dealers and resellers ensuring high customer satisfaction matrices by achieving sales target and regular follow-up.
• Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders by phone.
• Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly.

Job Requirements: Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

• Any Bachelor s degree with a concentration in sales or business development executive preferred.
• At least 1-2 of industrial products selling experience.
• Should be good communication skills.
• Maintain good relationships customers, dealers, reseller etc.
• Candidate from Electrical/Industrial Products Industries would be added advantages.
• Should be Target Driven.
• Highly result oriented and can work independently.
• Handle customer service/queries/issues.
