Job Summary

Job Description

Making calls to understand whether there is a requirement for a particular product /service to our clients.
Would need to identify prospects from the database to pass to the sales team.
Maintaining call reports and recording discussions with the clients in the format specified.
Making polite conversation with customers/prospects on the phone.
Undertaking first/second level of research towards successful call results.

Job Requirements

Good communication skill (English, Hindi) and good convincing skills.
More than 6 months experience in outbound Tele Sales/ Tele-calling.(Fresher with good communication skills can be considered for this position.)
Qualification- undergraduate / graduation.
Gender- male & female both can apply.
Shift Timing- day shift
