Job Description
- Making calls to understand whether there is a requirement for a particular product /service to our clients.
- Would need to identify prospects from the database to pass to the sales team.
- Maintaining call reports and recording discussions with the clients in the format specified.
- Making polite conversation with customers/prospects on the phone.
- Undertaking first/second level of research towards successful call results.
Job Requirements
- Good communication skill (English, Hindi) and good convincing skills.
- More than 6 months experience in outbound Tele Sales/ Tele-calling.(Fresher with good communication skills can be considered for this position.)
- Qualification- undergraduate / graduation.
- Gender- male & female both can apply.
- Shift Timing- day shift
