Job Summary

Job Description

  • Making calls to understand whether there is a requirement for a particular product /service to our clients.
  • Would need to identify prospects from the database to pass to the sales team.
  • Maintaining call reports and recording discussions with the clients in the format specified.
  • Making polite conversation with customers/prospects on the phone.
  • Undertaking first/second level of research towards successful call results.

Job Requirements

  • Good communication skill (English, Hindi) and good convincing skills.
  • More than 6 months experience in outbound Tele Sales/ Tele-calling.(Fresher with good communication skills can be considered for this position.)
  • Qualification- undergraduate / graduation.
  • Gender- male & female both can apply.
  • Shift Timing- day shift
