Job Reasonability:
HRMIS Management:
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source, screen, and interview candidates to build a talented and diverse workforce.
Conduct onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Conduct new hire orientations and ensure all onboarding paperwork is completed.
Coordinate with training and development teams to schedule necessary training for new employees.
Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for sales employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Address and resolve employee concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives and programs within the sales department.
Performance Management:
Support the performance appraisal process for the sales team.
Track and report on performance review completion and follow-up actions.
Assist managers in developing performance improvement plans for underperforming employees.
Administrative Support:
Maintain and update personnel files and other HR-related documentation.
Prepare and process HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination paperwork.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events for the sales department
Qualifications and Skills Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Recruiter in sales, marketing, and technical recruitment.
Familiarity with recruitment MIS and data analytics.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Required - Bachelor's or higher education
