Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business users to understand their needs.
  • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions (applications, workflows, reports).
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems.
  • Optimize and maintain the Salesforce org for performance and user experience.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to users.
  • Stay up-to-date on Salesforce best practices and new technologies.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
  • Proven experience optimizing Salesforce orgs.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security.
  • Experience with data migration tools and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (preferred).

Qualification :
BE/B.tech Engineering or equivalent technical degree is mandatory or equivalent military experience required
