Job Summary
- Minimum 4 years experience inUiPath Support and 1 year as project lead.
- Ensure automation is executing and generating throughput as per defined criteria and SLAs
- Enable automation support engineers to provide L1, L2 and L3 levels of support
- Managing the BOT Operations and Infrastructure
- Maintain communications with the Customer and client
- Be a single-point SPOC for all escalations
- Measure and evaluate Service levels with the Customer Project Manager/ POC.
- Participate in monthly / Weekly / Daily review meetings
- Administer the Project Change Control and Project Scope
- Distribute reports (Monthly/Weekly) as agreed
