Job Summary

Job Description

A Human Resources (HR) recruiter is responsible for all aspects of recruiting for Osiz and plays a critical role in ensuring its hiring the best possible talent.

Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and execute recruiting plans

Develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process

Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements

Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need

Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role

Should follow MIS Report

Design and Update Job Description

Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. Social Media and professional platforms)

Interviewing candidates (via Phone, Video and in-person)

Co-ordinate and Organize interview rounds

Screen incoming resumes and application forms

Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases

Experience with sourcing techniques and referral programs

Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills

Successful Decision-Making & Discretion Skills

  • Experience : 1 - 7 Years
  • Salary Range : As per company Norms
