1.Installation, configuration of Laptops & Desktops with different operating systems (Windows XP & Windows 7) & manual updating of windows patches.
2.Installation, configuration and sharing of Printers & Scanners (local and network).
3.Installation , Configuration & maintenance of Microsoft Office Outlook & different application software products(Cisco VPN, MS office 2007/2010, Adobe, Acrobat, AutoCAD etc)
4.Installation & Updating of Virus scanner (Mc Afee) & Critical Patches for application software s.
5.Creating & managing users, groups & computers in Windows 2003 Server Active Directory
6.Troubleshooting Internet & Intranet related issues.
7.Knowledge of Terminal services
8.Knowledge of Thin Client
9.Knowledge of Domain policy
10.Knowledge of Group Policy
11.Knowledge of Print Server
