Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive automation and platform strategy that supports the organization s objectives.

- Identify opportunities for platform-level automation across all areas such as Configuration Management, Data Management and Rapid Deployment models, ensuring alignment with the overall Cloud Success Navigator Strategy and objectives

2. Stakeholder Engagement:

- Collaborate with senior leadership, IT, operations, Product Development, Support Organizations to define deployment and automation priorities and establish KPIs.

- Communicate the vision, intent and benefits of platform-level automation to stakeholders at all levels.

3. Program Management:

- Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of development and automation projects for the Cloud Success Navigator ensuring timely delivery within budget .

- Implement best practices for project management and apply modern methods to enhance overall efficiency.

4. Technology Assessment:

- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends related to automation, Generative AI, and machine learning.

- Evaluate and recommend automation tools and platforms that align with business needs.

5. Performance Measurement:

- Define metrics to measure the impact of automation initiatives on operational efficiency, cost savings, and customer satisfaction and experience.

- Utilize data analytics to drive continuous improvement and iterate on automation strategies.

6. Team Development:

- Build and lead a high-performing automation team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.

7. Change Management:

- Drive organizational change by promoting a proactive and forward looking mindset across the team.

- Develop training programs for employees to enhance their understanding of emerging technologies and trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in , Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • 20+ years of experience in technology, automation, or business management, with a minimum of 10+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving successful SaaS and technology initiatives and managing large-scale programs and teams globally.
  • Strong knowledge of automation technologies, AI, Gen AI machine learning, and Oracle cloud-based solutions across SaaS and OCI.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive change at all organizational levels.

  • Knowledge of the Cloud Lifecycle elements and resourcing requirements from the initial engagement, design, scoping, configuration, testing, go-live and run, maintain and evolve
  • Experience with Cloud implementation methodologies and upgrade release lifecycles
