Position Overview
As a Senior Member of the Technical Staff, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and optimizing Oracle Health applications. You ll collaborate with a dynamic team to create user-centric solutions that transform global healthcare. Responsibilities
- Design and implement intuitive, seamless user interfaces for modern healthcare applications.
- Collaborate across teams to translate wireframes into prototypes and production-ready interfaces.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and accessibility.
- Participate in Agile development practices, including Scrum and iterative delivery.
- Develop and integrate with backend services using REST APIs or GraphQL.
- Maintain high code quality by implementing robust testing using frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Selenium.
Technical Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in frontend development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript; experience with ReactJS and Redux is a plus.
- Expertise in web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and Microfrontend architecture.
- Hands-on experience with distributed version control (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with build tools like Webpack, Gradle, NPM, or Yarn.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Java, Microservices) is advantageous.
- Familiarity with healthcare standards like HL7, FHIR, and emerging technologies such as LLM and OpenSearch is a plus.
Functional Qualifications
- Proven ability to design user-friendly, complex Single Page Applications (SPAs).
- Skilled in working with Agile methodologies and ticket tracking systems like JIRA.
- A quick learner with a strong desire to stay updated on emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including working with globally distributed teams.
- Experience delivering healthcare applications or knowledge of healthcare systems is highly valued.
