Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform system maintenance as per given schedule, system performance tuning.
- Coordinate with hardware and software vendors on service level issues.
- Ensuring routine processes are documented and kept up to date.
- Time sheet updation, updating each ticket status in Ticketing Tool, Audit documents update.
- Maintaining Asset Inventory.
- Perform L1 network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot user & client-related issues (Hardware, Software, Applications) through direct/remote & resolve them within SLA.
- Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
- Communicate with other IT personnel for problem resolution.
- Must be able to provide after-hours on-call support.
Technical Skills:

- Must have knowledge of Computer Hardware/Software/Mac.
- Good knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols, network technologies,
- Knowledge in managing office 365 Apps (outlook, office, SharePoint, and MS Teams).
- Knowledge in Installing and configuring new hardware and software installation and replacement.
- Knowledge in handling ISP line, EPABX, CCTV and Access control devices.
- Knowledge about Proxy and VPN technologies.
