Position Summary:

• OptiSol Full Stack Team engineers award winning cloud native applications to our worldwide customers. We provide simple digital solutions to complex business problems of our enterprise and startup customers. We look for agile developers with team spirit to continuously deliver value to our customers

Mandatory Skill Sets: Java | J2EE | Spring Boot | Mongo DB or NoSQL or MYSQL | Hibernate | Cloud applications AWS (Amazon Web Services) or Azure.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Candidates should have experience in design and developing high-volume applications for delivering high availability and performance.
• Write Well designed, testable and efficient code & ensure designs are in compliance with specifications.
• Prepare and produce releases of software components.
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies for the architectural review.
• Should be highly motivated in both solo and team situations by contributing to a great team spirit.
• Desire and drive to take an active role in improving the end product.
• Should have strong knowledge of client server interaction, good understanding of REST architecture.
• Do Sprint planning and feature estimation.
• Monitor team performance, team members work and report on metrics.
• Monitor team members Work and resolve any issues or conflicts.
• Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Strong Java experience coding in Spring framework and Web services.
• Strong experience in Hibernate & SQL, Strong command of object-oriented design.
• Experience using multi-threaded programming.
• Experience in Angular will be an added advantage.
• Comprehend and utilize versioning control (git / bitbucket).
• Active in the coding community (Optional).
• Experience in Cloud Native application using Sprint Boot or any other Framework.
• Experience in Micro Services Architecture.
• Experience in Cloud platforms such as AWS and Google Cloud.
• Must have worked in CI/CD environments for deployment.
• Should have a strong knowledge of client server interaction, good understanding of REST architecture.
