Job Summary
Requirements
Roles and responsibilities:
- Understand requirements and create use cases and test cases
- Execute test cases and log defects
- Participate in daily scrum calls
- Manage test deliverables & provide test result reports
- Ability to debug issues and analyze the logs
- Cross platform and cross browser testing
- Work with cross - functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
- Willingness to learn new skills outside the primary domain of focus
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, asking for help when needed
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality
- Experience in hardware devices configuration and testing
Qualifications and education requirements
- Any Engineering degree or MCA
- Great troubleshooting ability
- 2-3 years of total software experience
- Code analysis and debugging experience
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Must Have Skills
- Agile methodology knowledge
- Knowledge of test case management tools
- Knowledge of defect management tools
Nice to have Skills
- Application and/or network knowledge
- Hardware devices related testing
