Job Summary

The Opportunity: Lead the Charge in Backend Development

We're seeking a talented Team Lead Laravel Developer to join our team. You'll be responsible for taking a product or module from concept to completion, focusing on the server-side logic, database management, and ensuring seamless integration with the front-end.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

  • Technical Expertise:
    • Strong understanding of PHP and the Laravel framework
    • In-depth knowledge of SQL databases
    • Experience building large-scale Laravel applications
    • Familiarity with Laravel's core concepts (Eloquent, Queues, etc.)
    • Experience with user authentication and authorization
    • Proficiency in version control systems (Git) and developer tools (IDE)
    • Solid grasp of debugging techniques
    • Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Leadership Skills:
    • Collaborate with project managers to understand and implement requirements
    • Provide feedback on product roadmaps and prioritize tasks
    • Coordinate effectively with colleagues across disciplines
  • Additional Assets:
    • Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
