Tableau Lead / Sr. Developers Job in Optimized Solutions Limited

Technical Skills:

• 9+ years of experience in Software Design, Database Design, Development, Testing, Integration, Implementation and Maintenance of Business Intelligence and the related Database Platforms
• Good experience on Tableau Business Intelligence reporting tool for developing dynamic reports
• Worked in Agile, Scrum and Waterfall software development lifecycle
• Involved in Requirements gathering/Analysis, High level Design documentation, Development, Testing and Production rollover of Reporting and Analysis projects
• Extensively worked on Tableau 7.x/8.x/9.x/10.x (Desktop, Server, Reader, Mobile, and Public), SAP Business Objects3.x/4.x and Xcelsius Dashboards
• Involved in Troubleshooting, Performance tuning of reports and resolving issues within Tableau Server and Tableau Dashboards
• Extensive Tableau experience in Enterprise environment and Tableau Administrator experience including technical support, troubleshooting, report design and monitoring of system usage.
• Extensive experience on building dashboards using Tableau
• Extensive experience in Tableau Administration Tool for Installation, Configuration, Patching, upgrading Tableau software
• Deploying and scheduling Reports to generate all daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly Reports including current status.
• Established Best Practices for Enterprise Tableau Environment and application and development processes
• Extensive experience in taking server backup and Site backup
• Expertise in writing SQL Queries, Dynamic-queries, sub-queries and complex joins for generating Complex requirement, User-defined Functions, Views
• Proficient in designing Data Model using Erwin Star and Snowflake Schemas
• Proficient in design and development of various dashboards, reports utilizing Tableau Visualizations like Dual Axis, Bar Graphs, Scatter Plots, Donut Chart, Map Charts, Pie-Charts, Heat Maps, Bubble Charts, Tree Maps, Funnel Charts, Box Plots, Waterfall Charts, Geographic Visualization, Spot Lighting and Multi Conditional Score Card other making use of actions, other different filters and Parameters according to the end user requirement
• Expertise in designing and creating various analytical reports and Automated Dashboards to help users to identify critical KPIs and facilitate strategic planning in the organization
• Experience in creating and implementing interactive charts, graphs, and other user interface elements
• Experience in creating varies dashboards like Master Detail Dashboards, Multi Master Details Dashboards, Hiding Dashboards; Sheet selected Dashboards, Index Dashboards, Toggle or popping Dashboards
• Extensive experience in Alteryx to improve Tableau performance

Project Deliverables:

• Work with Lead to design the solution
• To provide development services in Tableau Technologies
• Work on Technical Documentation
• Develop the Reports and dashboards in Tableau
• Work with other developers and offer input from time to time working closely with Solution Delivery Manager.
• Design and develop the reports in Tableau to handle complex business scenarios (Complex calculations)
• Coordinate in all phases of the Project
• Experience working with Onsite technical team.
