What we are looking for
We are looking for a Product Development Manager who will be responsible for building the next-generation access, compliance and security management tool
What you will do at OpsRamp
Develop, support, maintain, and implement one or more product modules
Work with product owners, customers, engineering, and operations teams
Involve in life-cycle project delivery work that includes requirement analysis, prototyping, designing, building, testing, and deployment
Conduct design reviews, code reviews, unit testing and integration testing
Coach, guide and mentor junior members to help them scale faster
RequirementsDo you have
Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science
8-15 years experience in developing scalable, high traffic and highly available applications
Exceptional architecture, object design and database design skills
Solid understanding of database concepts, including SQL and DB schema
Experience working in a Linux development environment
Excellent verbal/written communication skills and problem-solving skills
Debugging skills at code, environment and infrastructure level
Prior experience working in a startup, and a thirst for doing so again
Ability to multi-task and work in a deadline driven environment
Good team management skills with ability to coordinate with onsite teams
Attention to detail and passionate about quality of deliverable and client satisfaction
Ability to learn new products and technical concepts quickly, meet deadlines, and contribute creatively throughout the entire development process
Do you also have
Hands on Java/J2EE with Structs/Spring framework
Architect a suitable solution for a given problem
Hands on knowledge on the JUnit, TestNG and automation framework
Hands on the knowledge on the KVM protocols like SSH/Telnet, VNC and RDP
Working knowledge of large scale productions deployments
