Key Responsibilities ( But not limited to)

• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle
• Execution of software development to manage accuracy and quality.
• Manage and control the quality of design, code, and deployment process of web modules development.
• Optimize Code as well as database performance.
• Solve complex performance and other critical problems and architectural challenges.
• Supervise architecture and lead efforts to develop a technical roadmap of the overall system.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and hold regular meetings for improvising technical skills.
• Guide, Coach, Train and mentor software development engineers.
• Take Initiatives for the required changes in the software development process to manage overall quality.
• Learn new required techniques and implement them.
• Provide technical leadership for every aspect of software
• Manage Documentations of each stage of development and management.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git, SVN
• Follow industry best practices

Required Skills

• Expertise in Core PHP
• Minimum 3yr experience as Technical Lead / Senior Developer
• Excellent knowledge of working with Core PHP & MySql.
• Knowledge of any PHP & its CMS or Framework like Joomla, Drupal, WordPress, CodeIgniter, Zend Framework, Angular JS, React
• Excellent Leadership, Communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills.
• Writing standards-compliant complex CSS, XHTML, JavaScript, Jquery.
• Must possess a strong understanding of Object-Oriented technology
• Work primarily with PHP, object-oriented design, dynamic content retrieval, Unit testing techniques, debugging techniques, HTTP, MySQL, and Apache
• Experience in project effort and cost estimation
