Position: Back Office Operations Assistant
Duration: Fulltime, Direct Hire
Location: Visakhapatnam, AP (With flexibility during COVID shutdown)
Note:Local candidates or anyone willing to relocate to vizag are preferred.
Job Duties:Work withexistingback office operations team in Accounts Receivable, Invoicing, Timesheet and expense management and audits.Strong writtenand oral communication skills in English.Working knowledge of using email, chat and online application systems.Work in US eastern time zone from 4pm to 1am IST.Work from home available during pandemicshutdown periods but this is a full time office based position under normal circumstances.Knowledge of working with MS Office, Tally and / or Quickbooks will be a good plus.
