JOB PURPOSE

Developing FTL Business, expanding the network, achieving the overall target of the division and making FTL Team to achieve their individual targets.



MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

v Presenting yearly business plan & budget and other reports to Respected CMD,

v Handling Legal issues,

v Call on customer complaints,

v Supporting marketing, operations and other members of the team to perform and achieve their targets.

v Responsible for making team to follow the ISO norms and fulfill the needs during ISO audit.

v Valuating the employee performance and appraising them.

v Quarterly meeting with the sales and operation team.

v Internal Auditing & analyzing the rate fluctuations

v Expanding geographical locations









Operations

Supporting operations team and to ensure the conclusion of tasks and Monitoring failures.

vendor development

o Sourcing franchisee and open market vendors to ensure hassle free Services to the customers.

Cost Consciousness

o Routine checkup for rates in market, comparing rate with multiple vendors and brokers,

o investigating the competitors hire prices in the market

Cost Analysis

o Exploring the cost in the market and creating a database for monitoring the rate

o Fluctuation in the market to be secure in season

Risk Support

o Managing operations team during emergencies like accidents, theft or any other crime occurred

Marketing

Setting monthly targets


Supporting marketing team to achieve their monthly and annual Targets


Supporting on cost working


Providing leads and attending sales calls with the marketing team


Supporting to sign up the prospect clients


Billing & Collection


Setting collection targets month on month


Closely monitoring poor paymasters


Routine payment follow-up with the collection executives and supporting them to achieve their collection targets.


Communicating with the customers who have long payment pendency


Authorizing for legal action against the customers those who are not making


Payments monitoring


Late billing monitoring the pod arrival


Monitoring the unbilled after pod arrival
