As aSoftware Engineer - Quality Assurance you will get the opportunity to:

Test complex applications
Understand complex workflows, integrations, and API/JSON formats
Design and run manual/automated quality tests, as well as performance tests

Read and understand code properly. Design test cases based on programming blocks/logic

Catch defects by understanding code blocks and should be able to debug and locate errors in the code
Review functional and design requirements to ensure full understanding to enable the development of good test scenarios
Identify defects and impact on the solutions
Deliver high-quality software that matches technical requirements in a time frame that matches business needs
Collaborate well with onshore and offshore teams
Follow the process by adhering to documented methodology. Provide good and clear test cases, with traceability to requirements and defects

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent required

5-10 years of experience in quality assurance

Skilled SDET with the ability to catch defects fast in rapidly changing requirements

Experience in testing application workflows (SaaS model)

Strong database skills, should be able to develop/debug/understand complex SQL queries

Hands-on experience with automation using tools like Selenium/Cypress

Hands-on experience in Pythonis a MUST.

Experience with the Django framework is a plus.

Experience with testing in CI/CD and agile environment

REST API understanding and testing

Working experience on Linux

Work well in a collaborative, team-based environment (both work autonomously and as part of a team)

Sound knowledge of DB queries
