Position overview

The Process Excellence and Execution Senior Analyst rolewill support a US team in the definition, analysis, design, solutioning, and execution of key growth and improvement initiatives. This role will work in close contact with the US team as a true partner and teammate. The Strategy and Growth team is focused on the revenue side of growth. The team works on delivering full business capabilities that enable new value propositions and new market opportunities to be executed and win in the market while focusing on design discipline, growth-mindset, agility and adaptability, with the ability to thrive in a sometimes-ambiguous environment.

The ideal candidate is driven to deliver excellence with a strong desire to win in the market. An excellent communicator and able to manage his or her daily activities in pursuit of longer-term objectives. This candidate is willing to persevere on problems and tasks that are small, medium, or large.

• This role will be hands-on in research, data gathering and analysis (including Excel), metrics and measures strategies and development, root cause analysis, and business case development.
• Have a process mindset with the ability to think end-to-end, enterprise-wide, cross-businesses, tactically and strategically.
• Attention to detail with high-quality delivery, and not afraid to speak up when stuck or lost.
• This role will focus on business results, change management, influence, and consulting skills, data-driven and analytical, practical and results-driven a doer.

Core Responsibilities:

• Should have 5 - 10years of working experience.
• Develop and execute data-gathering plans and develop data-sets for analysis
• Apply practical Six Sigma tools to problems and opportunities
• Design discipline that accommodates key stakeholders needs and key performance criteria
• Develop data-based insights and useful statistics to support business plans and solutions
• Develop and maintain analytic and financial models for scenario modeling, forecasting, and reporting
• Develop dashboards to measure business performance and compare actuals to forecast
• Executes market research and intelligence gathering on current industry, technology, and customer trends
• Works with cross-functional teams to support and deliver new or improved business capabilities.

Requirements:

• Experience working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business
• Consulting skills with strong persuasive communication.
• Strong presentation and People skills.
• Understanding of Six Sigma fundamentals and practical statistical analytical analysis
• Statistical / Data analysis must have proficiency with Microsoft Excel and pivot tables, practical statistics, and ability to synthesize/summarize analysis into relevant insights
• Ability to develop operational analysis, process analysis, process design, and execution skills.
• Should be well versed in developing process flow charts/mapsfor ambiguous or undefined environments.

Education Required:

• MBA
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred
